Olympic Weightlifting Cycle Apr 9- Jun 8 (All-inclusive package)
Our Olympic Weightlifting program runs in 8-week cycles, and includes three 90-minute Olympic Weightlifting classes per week; includes access to CrossFit, Yoga, Bootcamp, Foundations of CrossFit, Competition Training, and Open Gym. The program's focus of  is to improve athletes’ technique in the snatch and clean & jerk. Athletes will work on improving their overall strength, core strength, and flexibility.

Classes will be held Tuesday & Thursday 7:15-8:45pm, Saturday 1-2:30pm

Class will not be held: Saturday April 27th and May 4th because of private events. Class will not be held  Saturday May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.

Strength Cycle Apr 22 - Jun 24 (All-inclusive package)
Our Strength Cycle program runs in 8-week cycles, and includes three 2-hour Strength classes per week. This program is geared towards increasing athletes' maximal strength, by focusing on the back squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, and power clean. Reach that "PR" you've been searching for. Our All-inclusive package includes access to CrossFit, Yoga, Bootcamp, Foundations of CrossFit, Competition Training, and Open Gym.

Morning option: Monday & Wednesday 7:30am, Saturday 3pm
Evening option: Monday & Wednesday 7:30pm, Saturday 3pm

Athletes may choose to attend either the morning or evening option for a given Monday or Wednesday, but will be required to RSVP at least 10-hours in advance of their desired class time.
